Words of Affirmation are basically in our job description. Affirmation is defined as the action or process of affirming something through emotional support or encouragement.
It does not take reading a blog post for any of you to know this, however, it is possible for one to over look the importance of this as a primary love language. Even above physical touch or gifts, words of affirmation could be your winning ticket to communication-ville. If you learn to read your gymnasts and pinpoint which of them respond to W.O.A. as a primary language, you could even become Mayor.
